Instructions:

For the spinach feta pizza, mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add olive oil, garlic and water and knead into a compact, smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Mix the tomato pieces with the Italian herbs.

Cut the thawed spinach into smaller pieces and mix with the finely chopped garlic. Cut the feta into cubes. Roll out the dough to baking sheet size, place on a baking paper and spread with the tomato sauce, spread spinach on top, leaving 3 indentations for the eggs. Spread feta cubes as well.

Crack eggs, slide egg whites into the depressions and place yolks in small bowls and set aside. Sprinkle pine nuts, Italian herbs and salt on top.

Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes first, then place the yolks on top of the egg whites and bake for another 5 minutes. Divide the finished pizza into 3 parts and serve.
