For the Spinach Curry Soup, let spinach leaves grow. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Place spinach, onion and garlic in slow cooker – add butter, curry paste and chicken soup, cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

Half an hour before the end of the cooking time, add milk and lime juice, mix well, put the lid on and let it finish cooking. Season the spinach curry soup with salt, pepper and curry powder and enjoy.
