A bean recipe for every taste:

Place tomatoes in a large saucepan, sprinkle with salt. Add peppers and onions and simmer in their own juices for half an hour, stirring frequently. Strain through a sieve into another saucepan. Stir through with spices, herbs and horseradish, cook in open saucepan at low temperature for 45 min. Stir occasionally. Add brown sugar and wine vinegar and continue to cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.

Stir in preserving aid on top. Pour ketchup into clean rinsed dried bottles and seal. Keep cool.
