Spicy Pasta Salad with Tuna and Ham

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Trim the beans a little bit at both ends, prepare with a little bit of savory in light salted water al dente and drain when cool.

Cut the beans in half on top. Pick apart the lettuces, rinse well and drain. Make the pasta al dente in light salted water with a few drops of oil, drain when cooled. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the fillets. Remove the seeds from the peppers, clean them. Cut salmon ham and peppers into strips.

Cut tuna into pieces. Marinate with juice of one lemon, madras curry, lemon thyme and a little bit of olive oil. Sauté in a hot frying pan with the aromatics, add salmon ham and cook lightly with the residual heat. Season everything with a little pepper and salt and add seasoning.

Mix well fruit vinegar with maple syrup, olive oil, grape juice, balsamic syrup and lemon thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta with peppers, tomatoes, beans, a little bit of plucked savory and thyme. On top of it form the marinade, add tuna with ham, fold in well. Spread deep plate with leaf lettuce. Pile tuna pasta salad on it and sprinkle plucked savory.
