Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Make pasta according to package instructions, i.e. al dente. Boil whipping cream in a saucepan and open for 5 min. on 1 or automatic cooking plate 4 to 5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to warm.
Warm butter or olive oil in a saucepan. Add crushed garlic cloves, sauté briefly on 2 or automatic hotplate 4 to 5, add peppers cut into strips and very finely chopped bell pepper, sauté in closed saucepan on 1 or automatic hotplate 4 to 5 until just tender. Rinse cooled anchovy fillets, chop coarsely and add together with the cheese-cream sauce, season. Mix the hot, cooked pasta with the sauce. Serve immediately.
Serve with a colorful leaf salad.
