For savory muffins preheat the oven at about 160 degrees. Wash and chop vegetables and herbs. Dice ham and salami.

Set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, oat flakes, eggs, oil as well as yogurt to a smooth dough.

Now add sausage, cheese, vegetables, fried onions and spices to the batter and mix well. Portion by two tablespoons into muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes.

Serve savory muffins either immediately with leafy salad or enjoy later.
