Clean strawberries and refrigerate, cut in half if necessary.
Boil milk with cream, half of the sugar and spices, stir, infuse 1 hour. Beat remaining sugar with egg yolks until creamy, another time heated milk mixture leisurely form under it, then return to saucepan, stirring until thick cream (must not make). Strain through a sieve into a clean baking dish, refrigerate creme.
When the rest of the menu preparation begins, pour the amount into an ice cream maker and stir for 30-45 minutes.
Arrange ice cream with strawberries.
