First, mix all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough (with food processor about 8 minutes). Dissolve yeast in warm water beforehand.
Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
Grind dough into round balls, then sprinkle/brush with water and dip into the grain mix. Let dough balls rest again for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220°.
Spray lightly with water and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes (middle rack). Place a heat-resistant container of hot water on the bottom of the oven to create steam.
