Instructions:

For the spelt chocolate cake, dry mix spelt flour, ground almonds, sugar and baking powder. Then whisk eggs and cold Häferl coffee, mix with the remaining ingredients and spread the slightly liquid dough on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.

Allow the spelt chocolate cake to cool and cover with dark chocolate coating and sprinkle with Alles Liebe spice flower mixture.
