For the spelt-carrot bread, mix flour, yeast, salt, vinegar, honey and water and knead into a dough. Grate the carrots, knead into the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Line a baking pan with baking paper, knead the dough again and fill it into the pan. Bake the bread at 230 °C for 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 190 °C and bake for 40 minutes (convection oven).
