Mass plenty for 3-4 people.

Sift the flour into a large enough bowl. Add the eggs, milk and a little salt and stir everything together to form a smooth dough.

Place the spaetzle slicer over a large saucepan of boiling hot salted water, and in batches, plane the dough into the water.

As soon as the spatulas rise to the surface, they are done. Remove them carefully with a slotted spoon or pour them into a sieve.

Cool the sparrows and drain them well. Then fill into a greased mold and bring to the table very hot.
