For the Greek spareribs, rinse the meat and pat dry.
Mix a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, garlic and oregano.Put the spareribs in the marinade and let them marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight.Then remove too much marinade from the spareribs. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the spareribs on the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes. Turn over again and again.
