Wash the ribs and cut them into portions. Put the oil in a sealable container, mix with 1 teaspoon each of mustard, cayenne bell pepper, paprika powder, black and white pepper and salt, press the garlic into it. Marinate the ribs in this mixture for one night.

The following day, spread the ribs evenly on a baking sheet, pour some of the marinade over them.

Heat the barbecue sauce in a saucepan, add 1 tsp of each of the spices, fold in the honey, add a dash of aceto balsamic vinegar each time, if desired.

Simmer on low for about 5 minutes, stirring a few times.

Next, pour the sauce over the ribs, cook in the stove at 170 °C for about 90 minutes.
