Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Clean the savoy cabbage leaves and carrots. Peel the onion, chop finely. Form the cabbage in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain. Cut the leaves into tender strips, divide them into tiny pieces. Finely dice carrots. Sauté the onions in hot oil in a frying pan, add the cabbage and carrots, sauté until soft, season with salt and season with pepper.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Pour the clear soup to the vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir the mascarpone into the vegetables and season with a little lemon juice. Fold in capers, season sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce on the spot.
