Instructions:

Heat the oil and fry the onions until translucent. Peel tomatoes, divide into pieces, add to onions and sauté briefly. Pour in red wine, season with salt, pepper and basil, cover and let steam for about 15 minutes. Puree with a hand blender. Cut leftover sausage into strips and add. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, strain and toss in butter. Mix spaghetti with sauce and serve, sprinkled with Parmesan.
