The spaghetti in enough boiling salted water form. While making the pasta, finely chop the garlic and mix it with the chopped parsley, the basil leaves and the finely chopped and strained spinach. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and add the chopped ingredients and the pine nuts over medium heat. Drain the pasta well and place it in a buttered baking dish. Mix with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and bake in the heated oven at 190 °C. Serve in the gratin dish.
