A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Rinse and dry scampi. Clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into small

and cut into small pieces. Later, skin garlic and chop finely.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

Heat oil. Fry crayfish tails in it for about 2 min on each side.

Add garlic and season. Remove the crayfish tails from the frying pan and keep warm.

Sauté spring onions and kitchen herbs in the frying fat for 2-3 min. while turning.

Add 2 tbsp. water if necessary.

Drain the spaghetti. Mix with the fried crayfish tails and the spring onions and serve.
