For the spaghetti with garlic chili shrimp, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente for about 9 minutes.

In the meantime, in a pan heat the olive oil. Finely chop the onion, garlic and chili and sauté in the olive oil. Add the defrosted shrimps to the olive oil and just before the end, add the tomatoes.

Fold in the spaghetti cooked al dente in the olive oil and serve. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
