Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Pour in the garlic and gently sauté for a few min. Add the finely chopped bell pepper and the chopped chili bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and sauté, turning occasionally, for 5 min. until soft. Pour the white wine and cook. Add the chicken stock. Cover the vegetables and stew leisurely until tender. Cook the pasta in enough salted water until just al dente.

Drain and add to the vegetable pan form. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well. Remove the pan from the stove and fold in the basil strips.
