For the spaghetti in tomato-spring onion sauce with mozzarella balls, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

For the sauce, chop the spring onions and sauté in olive oil. Add the strained tomatoes and the fresh tomatoes cut into small pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the spaghetti well with the sauce. At the end add the mozzarella balls so that they “melt” a little.

Serve the spaghetti in tomato-spring onion sauce with mozzarella balls garnished with some finely chopped green from the spring onions.
