For the spaghetti in paprika cheese sauce, finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut peppers into small pieces, separated by color. Grate Emmental cheese.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add half of the red bell pepper and sauté. Pour in soup and whipping cream and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Puree the sauce with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Add the remaining bell pepper pieces, stir in the grated cheese and simmer for another minute. Cook the spaghetti until al dente and mix with the sauce.

Serve spaghetti in paprika-cheese sauce.
