A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut the pork into 3 mm thin strips 5 cm long.

Soak the mushrooms in hot water and cut them into thin strips. Rinse the bamboo shoots and bean cheese in cold water and cut them into thin strips. Bring the clear soup to the boil and simmer the meat and vegetables in it for 5 minutes with the lid on. Add some ingredients of the basic sauce (vinegar, corn starch, soy sauce, clear soup and red chili oil mixed together), let it boil and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the beaten eggs, stirring gently. (Do not make more) Remove the soup from the stove, add the sesame oil and chopped shallots and season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Bring to the table hot.
