Instructions:

Leek soup quantities for 4 people! Rinse, peel and chop the vegetables. Put them in a saucepan with the water, the bouillon cube and the herb bunch and boil for 25 minutes. Remove the herb bouquet. Whisk soup, season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Steak with mushrooms+++Quantities for 1 person! Rinse the vegetables. Bake potatoes 45 min in oven. Make cauliflower 20 min in boiling hot water. Mushrooms perhaps remove the peel and cut up. Put half the fat in a frying pan, sauté mushrooms in it and let them cook for 10 min. Add condensed milk and béchamel sauce and stir. Heat the rest of the fat in a frying pan and roast the steak in it. Arrange meat, potatoes and cauliflower on a plate and garnish with parsley. Pour mushroom sauce over steak. Serve.
