Instructions:

Bake 1 baking sheet of light and dark (mixed with chocolate or possibly cocoa) sponge cake and cool.

In a sufficiently large bowl put light sponge cake, spread evenly on it grated nuts and raisins, drizzle with rum, put a layer of cream on top and cover with dark sponge cake, on top of it repeatedly nuts, etc. Until all the ingredients are used up.

The last layer should be cream.

Put to cool for one night, cut out dumplings with tablespoons, garnish with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and perhaps fruit.

Krem: Beat egg, yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add rum and liqueurs, stir in Mascarino and finally stir in the whipped cream.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending on the case, use what tastes better to you.
