Cut the smoked salmon into coarse pieces. Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Squeeze the lemon.

Now put the salmon, parsley leaves, capers, lemon juice, mascarpone and crème fraîche in a blender.

Season with salt and pepper and blend everything until the spread has a creamy consistency.

Serve the smoked salmon spread with crusty baguette.
