Stir the yogurt with the tomato ketchup, salt, vinegar, horseradish and herbs and season to taste.

Bone the smoked fish and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds and cut into thin strips. Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and cut into narrow slices.

Mix the fish with the bell pepper strips, the apple slices, the pearl onions and the capers and pour the vinaigrette over it.

Let the leaf salad cool for 1/2 hour before serving.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
