For the veal dumplings turn the veal very finely through the meat chopper and mix with parsley, egg, salt, pepper and curry and season well.

Form small dumplings with wet hands. Prepare beef broth, add dumplings and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

The veal dumplings taste hot and cold!
