Instructions:

Make a yeast dough from the given ingredients and let it rise. Divide into 7 equal pieces and turn into small nests.

Place a clean egg shell in the center, brush the nestl with egg and sprinkle with hail sugar. Let rise again for a short time.

Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until they have a nice golden color. Remove from the tube, immediately remove the egg shells and let cool.

Place a boiled, colored egg in the center and distribute to friends, family and acquaintances draped on some Easter grass.
