Ingredients for 2-3 people:

Cook long grain rice in 1 l water with 1 tsp salt for 15-18 min. Roast coconut flakes in a dry frying pan. Cool down. Cut spring onions into thin rings. Cut cutlets into fine strips. Fry in hot oil in two portions, turning until crispy brown.

Add leek onions to meat and fry briefly. Mix in whipped cream and ready-made sauce. Bring to the boil, season with salt and curry.

Serve long grain rice with the meat. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
