Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
* Remove all bones from fish fillet with tweezers, then cut about 0, 5 centimeter cubes.
* Mix well with a tablespoon of cornflour, rice wine, egg white and salt and marinate for ten minutes.
* Cut bamboo shoots into small cubes * Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan.
* Stir-fry fish briefly, add bamboo shoots and stir-fry briefly. Now remove both.
* Heat bean paste in the remaining oil, stirring until it smells spicy.
* Then add one tablespoon of rice wine, two teaspoons of soy sauce and the clear soup and let everything bubble up together.
* Add the fish and bamboo shoots and bring the whole thing to a boil briefly. set aside.
* In a saucepan, bring about 1 l of water to a boil. Make noodles in it for about two minutes, then remove, drain and divide evenly among five baking dishes.
* Form fish sauce over them and bring to table on the spot.
