Instructions:

Mix the sugar, starch flour, egg yolks and vanilla with the cow’s milk cooled.

Whisk on low heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Pull from the heat and continue beating until the cream has cooled a tiny bit. Lightly untwist the stiff beaten egg whites, pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate.
