Heat butter in a pan and fry chicken breasts cut into strips in it, quickly all around. Season with salt and pepper, remove from pan and keep warm. Heat butter again and fry onions. Add oyster mushrooms or mushrooms and fry. Crush garlic, cut ham into strips and fry as well. Deglaze with white wine, bring to a boil and add beef broth and whipping cream. Reduce briefly and add parsley to the meat. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
