Instructions:

For the shortcrust dough, mix flour with butter and quickly knead with sugar, yolks, salt and cinnamon until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for an hour in a cool place.

Roll out between foil 3 mm thick and cut out any shapes.
