Bring the milk to the boil in a coated saucepan and then stir the semolina into the milk with a whisk. If desired, also add the lemon pieces. Turn the stove down to the lowest heat setting and cook the porridge for 5-7 minutes. (The number of minutes also depends on the type of semolina, so check the package label and the time indicated). Stir the semolina porridge constantly if possible. Remove the lemon and add the butter to the porridge form and melt, pour into a deep dish and finish with one of the ingredients listed below.
