For the semolina porridge with plums strain the stewed plums, save the juice for something else. Boil milk with sugar, dissolve semolina in cold water and slowly stir into boiling milk with a whisk.

Boil for about 1 minute and pour into 2 bowls. Pour compote plums on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
