Instructions:

For the semolina casserole, bring milk with sugar, butter and salt to a boil. Sprinkle in semolina and let it swell for 10 minutes while stirring and then let it cool down.

Mix egg yolks with grated lemon peel and stir into semolina.

Add almonds and washed raisins. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.

Grease a gratin dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180° C. (gas: level 3)

Bake the semolina casserole on the middle shelf for 55 minutes.
