Instructions:

Finely dice the onion. Squeeze the garlic. Pit the peppers and finely dice them. Drain tomatoes, skin and coarsely chop. Heat oil. Sauté onion, garlic and long grain rice until translucent. Add tomatoes. Sauté with tap water over medium heat with lid closed for 18-20 min, stirring a few times. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the diced peppers and season with salt.
