For the Schubert-Gugelhupf, mix egg whites with granulated sugar and beat until stiff. Then cream butter, yolks, sugar and honey until fluffy and fold in beaten egg whites.

Mix crumbs, grated nuts, flour and baking powder. Mix milk, spices, raisins and rum as well.
