Instructions:

Wash the cutlets as usual, dab dry, salt, pepper and fry out in a pan in enough fat or oil.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dab dry, clean the bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Cut the rolls in half, spread with ketchup and top with lettuce leaf, cutlet and bell pepper strips.

Spread the top of the roll with mayonnaise and “fold” it shut.
