For the cutlet baguette, salt and pepper the meat, cut into strips and fry in hot oil on both sides and set aside. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt.

Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and spread the bottom side with the mayonnaise-yogurt sauce. Thinly slice tomato and mozzarella.

Top the baguette with tomato, mozzarella, lettuce and the cutlet strips and place the top half on top.
