For the baked sausage patties, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites to snow.

Cream butter, add yolks, cream and sliced sausage and mix with cooked pasta, season and fold in snow.

Grease pan with margarine, sprinkle in breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Add some butter flakes on top and bake at 200°C until the surface is lightly browned.

Serve the baked sausage patties.
