Instructions:

With basil and tomatoes: very classic and fruity.

Cut basil leaves into strips. Stir tomatoes and tomato paste. Fold in basil. Season with pepper, coriander, salt and juice of one lemon.

With herbs and sour milk: Mild and creamy.

Cut chives into rolls. Chop parsley finely.

Stir through sour milk and culinary herbs. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.

With chili and soy: Sweet and sour and exotic hot.

Remove seeds from chili peppers and cut into strips. Cut celery into very narrow strips about 4 cm long. Cook everything in apple juice for about 15 minutes. Mix maizena (cornstarch) in a small amount of cold water. Stir into the boiling juice. Bring to the boil again briefly. Fold in vinegar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce. Season with sugar and salt. Fold in parsley.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
