Instructions:

Fry rosemary needles in oil, remove and set aside.

Fry the minced meat in the same oil until crumbly, add the vegetables and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika, sprinkle with rosemary.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
