Mix flour with baking powder, crumble with butter and knead quickly with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks and almonds to a dough.

Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 175 °C. Cut out oval faces (not too thin), place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until golden brown, let cool.

Heat the nut nougat and fill 2 faces with it. Then dip the faces in chocolate icing.

Sprinkle coconut flakes as a beard and cut out a hat with marzipan.

Finally, put eyes and nose on it with sugar beads and the Santa Claus faces are ready.
