Instructions:

Tenderly pound cutlets flat, rub dry. Season lightly with salt and season with pepper.

Top each with 1 slice of ham and 3-4 sage leaves. Roll up and pin together.

Heat butter and oil and roast roulades on all sides over medium heat for 12 min. In the last 2 min add remaining sage.

Dissolve gravy with white wine and pour over roulades form.

Serve with lemon.

Serve with porcini rice

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
