For the salmon trout loaf, mix the diced salmon trout, bread cubes, egg, parsley, salt, pepper. Leave to stand for a while and shape into small loaves.

Wrap each loaf with 2 slices of prosciutto. Heat clarified butter, fry slowly over medium heat.

For the vegetables, sauté garlic in clarified butter. Add diced vegetables and sauté until heated through. The vegetables should still remain crunchy.

Serve the patties with the vegetables.
