Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cut the salmon into cubes, chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the paradeis pulp and fry briefly. Then fry the salmon briefly as well.

Extinguish with the vegetable soup. Boil the liquid a little, add thyme, lemongrass and chili. Add the whipped cream, then season with salt and freshly ground pepper, if necessary.

Thicken a little if necessary. At the very end, add the chopped parsley and heat briefly. It goes very well with tagliatelle or black spaghetti. If available, you can also replace the vegetable soup with fish stock.
