Instructions:

For salmon spaghetti, peel and finely chop garlic and onion. Sauté in butter.

Add peas, season with pepper and pour in soup. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add cream and horseradish, bring to the boil.

Cut salmon into strips, chop chervil finely. Stir both into the pea-cream mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta al dente and mix with salmon sauce.

Serve salmon spaghetti with crisp lettuce.
