Instructions:

For the salmon buns, roll out the puff pastry. Spread the tomato paste finely on it. Cover with salmon and Emmentaler and roll up.

Cut rolls approx. 1 cm wide and place on the baking tray. Bake the salmon snails in the oven at approx. 170°C for approx. 20 minutes.
