Salmon Potatoes in a Bed of Leeks

Instructions:

Cook the peeled potatoes until tender and peel them.

Sauté leek with butter/ light butter in a pot.

Mix milk, whipped cream, processed cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg and season to taste, form into a gratin dish.

Wrap each potato with a slice of salmon and place in the leek sauce.

Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 175 to 200 °C / in about 25 min.
